CAPSolutions semi automatic table top INDUCTION CAPSEALER Model CAPS550SA is ideal for small to medium volume batch production.
It is also suitable for laboratory and test use, with the added advantage that, compared to hand held cap sealers, the cap sealing head is always offered up parallel to the cap and in the same relative position. This ensures repeatable and consistent results.
The induction power source, controls and sealing head are all mounted on an adjustable height stand which has a hand wheel control for accurate adjustment. A digital counter records the exact position so that it can easily be reset to the same position on repeat runs.
A cradle locates the bottle centrally under the cap sealer. A sensor automatically detects when the bottle is placed under the sealing head and starts the induction cap sealer for a predetermined time. This allows single handed operation with outputs of up to 1,000 bottles per hour. Alternatively a foot switch can be supplied to switch on the capsealer when required.
A choice of sealing heads is available. The standard sealing head seals caps from 10-70mm diameter with alternative heads available for sealing up to 120mm diameter.
